2024-03-10	Do*****	It was great until it wasn't. I had to get a new phone and everything transferred fine. I am not sure if the phone change is the issue or that February had 29 days this year. March's monthly subscription failed payment on March 29th (with 2 valid ways to pay). I also made multiple attempts to pay manually. I even tried to uninstall/reinstall app. After 2 messages to support, they say there is nothing that can be done and to order through their website. Very disappointing !!!

2024-02-19	Ca*****	Useless. I needed a couple back issues for the stitch-a-long so I decided to sign up. Uses the trial (so it charged me 99p) and immediately stated the payment failed but it hasn't. Tried again and it tried to charge me the full £46. I can't even see anything on the app anymore...

I have been stuck in a miserable cycle of trying to eek out information and fixes through their customer service team for over eleven weeks now. The customer service is atrocious so please proceed very carefully before buying any paid content through this app.

2022-12-02	Ka*****	Love, love, love this app! I downloaded the special package of all past issues and have had no problems accessing and printing out individual patterns for stitching purposes (i.e., coloring in to track stitching progress). I wish I found this app earlier.

2021-10-11	Go*****	Totally heartbroken. I opened my app tonight for the first time in many months. ALL my previously purchased magazines were gone!!! I bought MANY over the course of two years on a monthly purchase basis.
