2018-04-24	A *****	In order to qualify for any offers, you must subscribe through the app. I had previously subscribed for the first 2 years via Google Play. They did not honor that and I would not be able to view or download my previous purchases through their app. I mostly wanted everything in one spot. Okay, fine, but I can't ever get the app to work on any of my devices to see the current issues! It freezes, shuts down on it's own, jumps to the last page while I'm finally able to read an article. There have been a few times I wasn't able to log in, and then I was told I didn't have a subscription, so I emailed them proof. This is a horrible app, and even with multiple bad reviews and email complaints, they still haven't tried to fix the issues. Just buy the subscription through Google Play- it's reliable and you won't have to deal with their terrible customer service. They respond about 3 or 4 days after you ask for assistance.
