Every trial shown in TrialRadar comes from ClinicalTrials.gov, the public registry run by the US National Institutes of Health. You can search it yourself, free of charge, at the official source:

TrialRadar shows what the registry publishes and adds nothing of its own to it. If a listing here ever differs from the official source above, the official source is the correct one. That link is also inside the app — on the first-run notice and under Settings → Data source — and every trial screen carries an "Open on ClinicalTrials.gov" button.

TrialRadar helps you keep track of clinical trials without checking a registry website over and over. Search by condition and location, keep the searches that matter, and let the app tell you when a matching trial is posted. It is an organiser for public trial listings, and it is not medical advice.

Search by condition, then narrow by place and distance. Results show the trial title, phase, recruiting status and where it is running, so you can rule things out quickly.

📡 WATCHLISTS THAT CHECK THEMSELVES
Keep a condition-plus-location search as a watchlist. TrialRadar re-checks it about once a day in the background and raises a notification only when a trial appears that was not there before — not every time it looks.
