Mushroom Spots - Foraging Log

Mushroom Spots is a plain foraging log. You record where you went, what you picked and how much of it — and the app remembers your season so you know when that beech slope was worth walking last year.

Your log lives on your phone. No account, no feed, no one else can see your patches.

YOUR SPOTS STAY YOURS

Coordinates are optional. Save a pin only if you want one, and leave the blur setting on: a CSV export rounds every blurred spot to about a kilometre. Your exact pins are stored only in the app on this phone (and in your own Android device backup, if you use it). Ads and crash reports use the network but never receive your spots. Foragers guard patches, and the app is built that way rather than asking you to trust a promise.

No signal in the woods. The app is offline-first — everything works with the phone in aeroplane mode, and nothing waits on a server.

HONEST ABOUT WHAT IT IS NOT

This app does not identify anything. It has no species database, no photo recognition, and it will never tell you whether something is safe to eat. It records what you tell it, in your own words. Identification is your responsibility, and an experienced forager or a local group is the only reliable source. Never eat a wild find based on any app.
