Ilha Mais Partner is a management app for stores, hotels, restaurants, services, tourism, transportation, and administrators within the Ilha Mais ecosystem.

Key features:
• Dashboard with an overview of operations, sales, orders, reservations, and billing.

• Registration and editing of products, services, rooms, tours, and availability.

• Receiving delivery and grocery orders, with status updates until delivery.

• Management of accommodation and tourism reservations, including confirmation and cancellation.

• Integration with Mercado Pago to track payments via PIX and card in the testing environment of this alpha version.

• Order cancellation and refund requests by the partner.

• Dispatch of deliveries to available drivers and tracking of progress.

• Creation and application of discount coupons according to the rules defined by the administration.

• Chat between partner, client, and administration, as well as opening and tracking support tickets.

• History of operations, ratings, notifications, and account data. Each company only has access to its own products, orders, customers, and services. The administrator profile has a centralized view for approvals, configurations, and support. Access is protected by authentication, and data is handled in accordance with Ilha Mais' Privacy Policy.
