I have been using iLedger for a long time for my business. After switching to a new phone, I reinstalled the app and tried to log in with my same mobile number, but it shows “An unknown error occurred” and I cannot access my account. My important business data is inside the app. Please treat this as urgent and help me recover my account or provide steps to fix this issue as soon as possible. Thank you.
