★ What applies to this helpline
1. Anonymity guaranteed
This system does not create or maintain internal access logs containing Internet Protocol (IP) addresses, so users cannot be tracked and anonymity is guaranteed.
2. Strengthening security
This system is equipped with a firewall, hardware web firewall, and intrusion detection system (IPS), and security control is implemented 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
3. Report storage and access rights
Reports and inquiries are stored directly on Red Whistle's secure server for security purposes and are accessible only to those authorized to process reports.

★ Precautions
- Be sure to take note of the unique number (6 digits) assigned after submitting the report or inquiry form, and check the response and progress of the audit manager through processing confirmation a few days later.
- Be careful not to expose yourself. When filling out a report, be careful not to reveal any circumstances that could lead to guessing who you are.
