The application allows patients to stay securely connected with their medical team, record relevant information about their health status, and access validated educational content, always under the supervision of healthcare professionals.

The application does not provide medical diagnoses, does not replace in-person consultations, and does not offer automated clinical recommendations.

Account Deletion
