I can't even access the app to run the door lock, on either of my phones & one of my phones is a Samsung. Go figure? It just instantly crashes & won't even open. I've tried it on my sons phone also, failure on 3 for 3 phones. It's a total waste downloading it.

Had it installed since Nov 2022. Good to use for several months until Sept 2023 it keep logging me out and messages included the apps has bugs! I'm using Samsung Ultra 23 and latest door lock with fingerprints! Yet, after installed and uninstall, app still crash and unable to connect! Frustrating much!
