2025-01-30	si*****	App doesn't work with Xiaomi android phone. The keyboard flash's on and off and unable to enter any details. After buying some expensive radiators I'm now unable to set them up or turn them on! Edit: not sure why I need to allow you access to my personal data to program a radiator!

2025-01-13	Do*****	Way to clunky, app is unresponsive way to often, it also freezes every time you make a change, so you have to force quit the app each time you want to adjust a settings, really not practical,

2025-01-09	Or*****	Super easy app to use and works seamlessly. I highly recommend the IQ Ecostrad electric radiators. Go ceramic. They remain warm for at least 30 mins after switching them off. They throw out great heat, as good as a gas radiator and am very happy with them. During this cold spell they are keeping my rooms very toasty. Very happy with the Rads and the App. Leo, Dublin

2024-12-05	Be*****	Useless app. Programs are all set up but the app keeps switching all of my radiators to comfort mode, meaning they end up running all day and night, unless I check them. It's cost me a fortune in electricity this month. Every time I change them back to program mode, the app instantly switches them back to comfort. The schedule often flickers and refuses to save. Looking at the reviews it seems these problems have been going on for a long time, why are they not fixed!?

2024-11-30	Ja*****	Update 30 November - App not been working for 3 days. Freezing. Reached out via Instagram, no reply. Reached out to Electric Radiators - no reply. The app is setting itself to frost mode - 7 degrees in front of us. Prev review -I used to be able to control my heating with one tap. Now I am forced to look at Ds, choose a tab then wait before I can adjust the temperature. You sacrificed the user experience to promote more products and a weather app. Please switch it back.
