Replace your paper milk diary and bahi khata. MilkBook is a milk delivery app that keeps every customer’s milk account: daily doodh entries, cow milk and buffalo milk on the same house, monthly milk bills, and udhaar that does not vanish when the month ends.

Run the round even when the network drops. Entries live on your phone and sync when you are back online. Use Gujarati, Hindi, English, Marathi, Tamil, Telugu, or Kannada.

You can turn on scheduled auto-record so MilkBook logs each customer’s standing daily quantity at your morning and evening times — 9:00 AM and 8:00 PM by default. You only correct the houses that skipped or took extra.

Or log the whole round in seconds on bulk entry: every customer, subah and shaam, one pass. Cow milk and buffalo milk show as their own lines, each with its own quantity and rate, and they land on one milk bill.
