App wouldn't let me deposit a check for months, just said application error. Little did I know that there was a new version that we weren't being notified of nor does it update automatically. Only by reading the reviews did I know that the fix for this was to uninstall and install it again. This could be handled a lot better. The app spins a lot too.

Unfortunately, this new app gets a 1 star. There used to be detailed info on what I just paid for(principal/interest) now just the balance, and since I still can't link an external account I've had to call in to make a manual payment, which didn't change the due date. I made 2 extra payments so im 2 months ahead. I brought up the issue, and it was corrected so credit to that team, but whoever they hired to make this app did a terrible job, it's 4 months on and no fixes.
