I have more issues with app than any other banking app ever. And it use to be so easy to transfer money for one account to another westreet account but now it has to text you and the recipient has to answer questions and all these unnecessary steps. Currently, the app won't show me my account summary. For any of the 3 accounts I have at this bank. In last year, this bank has gone downhill. Customer service sucks, $86,000 dollar mistakes, multiple app downtime, etc. About to say bye to westreet.

Really like how friendly and helpful this app and credit union is. Been with original credit union for over 20 years and the new name is all they changed other than that it is still very friendly and helpful people and services. The people in my nearby office are very friendly and helpful. After the new update there's been some glitches but the people at the bank are trying to fix them as fast as they occur and try to keep us in the know so we know what's going on
