IeBL Attendance

IeBL Attendance is an internal employee attendance application developed for authorized staff of IFFCO eBazar Limited. The app enables employees to securely record their attendance using face verification and GPS location validation.

The application is designed to help organizations maintain accurate attendance records while preventing proxy attendance by verifying the employee’s identity and location during punch-in and punch-out actions.

IeBL Attendance uses the device camera to capture a face image when an employee performs an attendance action. The captured image is processed using facial recognition technology to verify the employee’s identity. Facial images are used strictly for authentication and attendance verification purposes.

Location information may also be collected during attendance marking to ensure that attendance is recorded within the authorized workplace area.

This application is intended only for employees who have been authorized by the organization to use the attendance system.

Secure Login

Login using registered mobile number, employee credentials, password, or OTP-based verification.
Access restricted to authorized employees only.

Face Registration
Employees can register their face within the application to enable identity verification.

Face-Based Attendance
Employees can securely mark their attendance using facial verification.

Liveness Detection

The application performs liveness checks during attendance marking to help prevent spoofing attempts using photographs, screenshots, or prerecorded videos.
Additional security measures verify that a real person is present during the attendance process.

GPS Location Validation
The app checks the employee’s GPS location during attendance marking to confirm presence within the authorized work area.

Punch In / Punch Out
Employees can record daily attendance directly through the mobile application.

Employee Dashboard
A simple dashboard allows employees to manage attendance actions and face registration also get attendance history.

Privacy and Data Usage

IeBL Attendance may collect certain information in order to provide attendance functionality:

• Face image captured using the device camera for identity verification
• GPS location during attendance marking to validate workplace presence
• Mobile number or employee ID for login authentication
• Basic device and application diagnostic information for app performance

IeBL Attendance uses Microsoft Azure AI Face Services to perform facial verification and identity matching. Facial images captured during attendance registration and attendance punching are processed solely for authentication, identity verification, attendance validation, fraud prevention, and security purposes.

The application does not access personal photos or videos stored on the user’s device.

User data is not sold or used for advertising.
