2024-09-17	Da*****	Theoretically good but greatly lacking in functionally. Sex offender notifications do not give a link to any report to see where these people are nor names of locations. The app has gotten more and more glitchy over the years, most likely due to the fact that the app has not been updated in almost 3 years; this is inexcusable for an insurance company. All information should be accessible via a browser AND through the app! UPDATE (9/16/24)-responded roughly a year and a half later-great service!

This app does exactly what it says it does not only will it protect your identity but it will let you know with an alert almost immediately if somebody attempts to do something with your identity or cards that are registered with it this has locked my card in under 3 seconds until I called them to let them know it was actually me making the purchase amazing job

2023-07-18	Je*****	App is as worthless as the service. No forgot password option in the app and my email and bank account have been compromised. Happened almost 3 months ago and id watchdog says everything is peachy. I guess this service is for you if you're into false sense of security.
