Have this for my job and recently had issues downloading the CCL. Not sure if it was fixed by an update from them or if it was because of what I did but I am going to list the steps I took in case it helps someone else having the same issue in the future. 1. Uninstall the app. 2. Check for software updates in Device settings. (Update if you aren't up to date) 3. Turn off your device. 4. Wait 60 seconds. 5. Turn back on your device. 6. Reinstall the app. 7. Download the CCL. Best of luck!

we have had multiple times where the app goes down and it's been down for a few days and I am writing this review as of 08-02-27 it is still down and won't work
