IU Learn offers a user-friendly experience with helpful features like flashcards, highlighting, and comprehensive course materials enhancing student learning. However, multiple users report frequent technical problems such as app crashes, login difficulties, course materials not loading, and missing content compared to the web version. There are also usability limitations like restricted audio playback controls. The app's performance inconsistencies and bugs detract from its otherwise beneficial learning tools, leading to mixed experiences among users.

Frequent crashes, freezes, and bugs cause a frustrating user experience, especially when scrolling, swiping, or changing settings.
Course books often fail to open or load, with long download times and the app freezing during use.
Users face persistent login issues including repeated log-outs, login failures, and redirects back to the starting page.
Significant content discrepancies exist between the mobile app and the web version, causing confusion in collaborative work and missing videos.
Lack of media controls outside of menus and inability to listen to audio books or videos in the background limits usability.
Recent reviews
It stopped working. Couldn't access my courses anymore, redirected me to the website, so I deleted and reinstalled the app and now it won't even show any courses or load anything. I can only access them via website now. The app shows a time-out error code (#500) or something like that.
