Users benefit from unified login credentials for both the app and web portal, simplifying access. Key features include submitting cases and deaths via the P Form, lab test results through the L Form, and event alert submissions when online. The app also automatically downloads necessary LGD masters on first login, streamlining setup and usage for disease surveillance reporting.
