2025-01-06	Ta*****	App is useless font is too small and most of the font color is not dark enough to read. Should really go back to the other app at least you could see the temp.

2024-12-29	Le*****	Bad app. 1. Doesn't show current setting or temp consistently, like it's stuck on the last one. 2. In Auto mode, even though the heat is on, the app uses a blue number which is confusing since for the cooling mode only, the number is blue and for only heating, the number is red. Auto should switch btwn the colors so we know if the system is heating or cooling. 3. In Heat mode, there's no way to determine if the system is just using the heat pump or if the secondary fuel source is being is used.

2024-12-12	Sc*****	Worthless App... Where is the actual heat pump data? I want to be able to see its current running state. There is zero monitoring that I'm able to do with this app. My unit seems to ramp up to 100% and stay there the whole time it's cooling. I'd like to see why. How about technician information like refrigerant pressures and temperatures. I don't need to know how much energy versus last month my unit did or didn't use. I get that with my electric bill.

2024-12-10	To*****	this is even worse than the first app!!! Thermostats are unable to load into the app list. Also, why do I need to input mailing address to register a thermostat into the app???? and then after all the effort it doesn't even load up in the app. useless!!!

2024-12-05	Jo*****	I was hoping this app would provide energy usage data. It is obviously capable of collecting that information but only shows it in a bar graph showing how much more or less energy used than the prior month, and only in percentages. What good is that if I don't have data for each month (e.g. kWh used)?

2024-11-24	da*****	The app seems confused as to what time it is. If I manually change the temp at 18:30, it will say hold until 18:00(the prior scheded change) - not the next scheduled time which would be 5:00.

2024-11-24	se*****	Horrible pp - i like the thermostat - since Bosch changed its app, it is useless I will have to change the 2 thermostats for Google nest - I wish to get some compensation for this expanse Or allow the old app Bosch connect to be actuve again The rating of easy air is terribly bad : do something!
