iDOJO ZEN

iDOJO ZEN is the panel for sports clubs and their coaches. Members, fees, attendance, messages, documents and competitions in one place, on your phone too.

LIVE COMPETITION DAY
• All of your club's starts on one screen: who is on the mat, who fights next and in how many minutes
• Mats with progress and an estimated end, medals and check-in as they happen
• Notifications: on the mat soon, get ready to fight, medal, absence, organiser announcements
• Choose the mats you follow; a coach follows the whole club or only their own groups
• The competition agenda with reminders, and a checklist before the start that ticks itself off

THE CLUB, EVERY DAY
• Members and groups: parents' contacts, grade history, exams and consents
• Medical and insurance dates with a reminder before they run out
• Fees charged automatically: monthly, quarterly, yearly and one-off plans, families paying together
• Bank transfers matched for you: connect the bank or upload a statement
• Online payments by BLIK and card straight to the club's account, with no iDOJO commission
• Messages to groups, parents or the whole club: in the app, by e-mail or SMS, and you see who has read them
• Attendance in one tap and a training calendar for all groups
• Documents and consents signed online, also in kiosk mode at the front desk
• Camps, seminars and exams with sign-ups and fees
• Coach accounts: a coach sees their own groups, with no access to the club's finances

COMPETITIONS
• Entries of competitors, referees and dinners for competitions run in the iDOJO system
• For organisers: the competition agenda and announcements for clubs
