2024-11-27	Mi*****	The worst. Either the whole expedition does not support pinpoint feature for e-commerces or their couriers are not competent enough to figure pinpoint features out. Even worse customer service, felt like chatting with an AI bot (probably it is). Got my packet stuck, kept on being rescheduled to oblivion. No solutiom whatsoever.
