cant connect phone to wall switches, no ability to login to my existing account and setup keeps failing to pair, support page just comes up blank no matter how long I wait for it to load or display any kind of information. this app needs an overhaul for sure...

Terribly difficult to connect app to wall switches! I have had to reconnect the phone app to my four wall switches a couple of times (e.g., new phone) and each time it has been a real challenge! I had to call Support to walk me through it last time, and I'm a software guy by profession. It usually takes multiple frustrating sessions. Today the app shows the wrong device numbers and the app won't load the page correctly for me to pick other devices. The Support button does nothing.
