2024-10-28	Mi*****	We pay $39.95 a month for Ultra secure Plus credit. My wife has all of the plus features but I only get the basic features. We've had this for about 4 years. I have never been able to fully utilize what we pay for. My app is up to date.

2024-10-22	Ta*****	This service did not help me at all! Always said my info was secure even when my bank account got hacked or when my ss# was used to open an account with a bank I've never heard of. Sent multiple emails, called, and left msgs trying to cancel this service and they wouldn't cancel it until I finally had to resort to opening a new bank account to move my money into and after 2 months of them not getting their money they FINALLY emailed saying they canceled my account. I DO NOT recommend this app!

2024-09-26	Jo*****	For over a year the verification email has not been delivered to me when I try to log in. I called support and I was told I would receive a call back, but never did. Seems like a worthless product if I can't log in. Getting ready to request a stop payment on my credit card.

2024-09-01	Ed*****	Comprehensive in the data it looks for. Great support plan in helping you navigate the quagmire when this happens. Advice to the developers: setting up your "profile" is daunting if you are to do it right. Make it easier by adding OCR scanning for driver's licenses, credit cards, insurance, etc. The more data people get into the system, the more value it has and the more likely they are to renew.

My credit score not available? My credit report is not available??? Is this a joke? I get more information from my free credit app supplied by my credit card company. I have a better app on my website for my business, and i don't know anything about computers . I'm over it for free. your company really needs to act together!

I applied for a car loan recently and I received notification that there was an inquiry on my credit 24 hours later. When I use the app sometimes it gives me information if I'm lucky but 9 times out of 10 it states no info at this time. I've paid for the year but I will not be signing up again.

That was 6 hours AFTER the fact when I applied for a new credit card. Useless. Just useless. Will uninstall once I post this review. If I had the option to give zero stars, I would.

2023-02-20	Mi*****	Difficult to maneuver through app. Very glitchy. Does not contain all account info such as plans and payment info. Update: updated app and it fixed some of it. Still problem with using finger print to log in. Set it to use biometric in the app but there is no fingerprint spot in login and it asks for password
