App doesn't work. Paid the subscription to get the scanner to work, no trial period and it doesn't work. The whole app is slow, camera jerks when scanning. Had such hopes for this app and now Google won't refund me less than 24 hours later.

The only thing I purchased this app for was the identification function, and it hasn't successfully identified a single fly. I am not talking about some obscure fly someone tied, but not even any of the most common everyday flies used in the west. I wouldn't expect it to be 100% but better than 0%.
