OpenChance

Where talent meets opportunity.

OpenChance is the open market of football talent — the professional network where players, coaches, scouts, analysts and everyone who creates football finally meet in one place.

Football still runs on connections. Too many talented people never get seen simply because they have nowhere to be found — a coach without the right contact, an analyst nobody knows, a player from a small town the scout never reached. OpenChance changes that: here you're discovered by your level, not by who you know.

FOR CLUBS, SCOUTS & AGENTS
Find the right people fast. Filter candidates by category, role, position and readiness, unlock verified profiles, and reach out directly — no middlemen, no noise.

FOR PLAYERS & PROFESSIONALS
Show what actually matters — your level, not your name. Set your career expectations, keep your profile private until you're ready, and let the right opportunities come to you.

OPENCHANCE KIDS
A separate and strictly anonymized space for youth players — built with child safety first. Young talent is represented by sport data only, and every contact goes through verified representatives.

PRIVATE BY DESIGN
Your visibility is yours. Appear in search only when you choose, control what clubs see, and reveal your identity on your own terms.

Football is full of talent that never gets its chance.
OpenChance exists to change that.

Create your profile. Get discovered. Open your chance.
