NeoLite

NeoLite is a specialized digital KYC application designed exclusively for Vodafone Idea's (Vi) registered digital sales partners. It facilitates hassle-free, paperless activation of prepaid and postpaid customers right at the customer's doorstep, ensuring zero documentation and almost instant activation. The app emphasizes safe and secure authentication to maintain data privacy.

This internal-use app requires partners to be validly registered with Vodafone and authorized to onboard Vi customers. Compatible with Android 4.4 and above, NeoLite streamlines the customer onboarding process by enabling partners to perform digital KYC efficiently, helping them stay connected and ahead in customer service delivery.
