Transaction Document Solver is a transaction document creation app that allows you to create and save PDFs of quotations, transaction statements, and simplified receipts by entering product prices and details.

You can create documents by entering the product name, price, quantity, specifications/unit, and details, and by setting the issue date, issue number, recipient information, and a memo at the bottom.

You can check the amount based on the selected currency by selecting a base currency and loading the exchange rate; if necessary, you can also directly enter and use your company's standard exchange rate.

Work File Saving Function

You can save your created documents not only as PDFs but also as editable work files.

A work file is a function that saves the original data used to create the document, rather than the PDF itself. You can retrieve product name, amount, quantity, details, issue date, issuance number, recipient information, your business information, counterparty's business information, deposit account, and seal or signature image data.

Even if you delete and reinstall the app or change your phone, you can retrieve your saved work file on a new device to edit and reissue previously written content.

Saving and Sharing PDF

You can save your created document as a PDF after reviewing it in the preview screen.

You can save the PDF to your phone's download folder or send it as an attachment via an email app. Using the KakaoTalk sharing function, you can send it to yourself and then download and print it from KakaoTalk on your PC.

How to Use

1. Select the base currency.

2. Select the required display currency.

3. Refresh to load the exchange rate.

4. Register your business information, deposit account, and seal or signature image in My Info.

5. Add a product and enter the amount, quantity, and specifications/unit. 6. Add details if necessary.

7. Select the required document from Quotation, Transaction Statement, or Simplified Receipt.

8. Check the content in the preview.

9. Select Save as PDF, Send via Email, Send via KakaoTalk, or Save as Working File.

When issuing a Transaction Statement, you can save the counterparty's business information to use as the recipient's information.

You can add various items to the details, such as vehicle operating expenses, food expenses, accommodation expenses, labor fees, and parts costs. If you enter the item date, you can display it in the document, such as "06.25 Vehicle Operating Expenses."

Caution

Before issuing the document, be sure to verify the amount, exchange rate, VAT, issue date, issuance number, business information, and deposit account details.

The working file may contain product information, business information, account information, and image data of a seal or signature. Please exercise caution when sharing with others or transferring it to another device.

This app stores the entered business information, account information, seal images, etc., on the user's device and does not transmit them to a separate server.

Exchange rate information is retrieved for reference via a public exchange rate API. Please double-check the company's standard exchange rate and the final amount before publishing the official document.
