INEX

INEX is an internal staff communication and operations app for ICS-approved employees. It provides secure access to staff-only tools including chat, announcements, calendars, and Parent Teacher Conference (PTC) scheduling. INEX is not intended for parents, students, alumni, contractors, guests, or the general public.

Key Features:
Secure staff login with access restricted to ICS-approved staff accounts.
Dashboard for announcements, upcoming events, attendance summaries, and daily lunch menu (when available).
Chat for staff communication and coordination.
Calendar views for Elementary and MSHS schedules and events.
Parent Teacher Conference (PTC) tools for staff to view their PTC schedule and appointment details.
Report feature for submitting formal reports with supporting evidence and required acknowledgements.

Access & Eligibility:
INEX is for authorized ICS staff members only. Accounts are provisioned and managed by ICS. Unauthorized access attempts may be logged and reviewed.

Data & Privacy:
INEX may process account identifiers and operational data needed to provide messaging, scheduling, and reporting functionality. Depending on enabled features, content submitted through the app (messages, uploads, and reports) may be stored and reviewed by ICS administration for security, compliance, and operational purposes. No data is shared with third parties except when required by law or lawful request from legal authorities.
