Wanted to load app so I could get past visit details. I could not get past starting address set up. Also, would not exit program; had to crash it. I do believe, if I'm right, that it is a HIPA violation to get personal information BEFORE granting authorization to the portal. The next thing that should be displayed is the HIPA statement that information will be pryected.
