Primus Território

Primus Território is a registration application for Primary Health Care and home and territorial visits. It was developed with the purpose of helping the Community Health Agent (ACS) and the Endemic Disease Agent (ACE) in their daily activities.

In addition to being agile, it is also very easy to use, since the ACS/ACE participated in the entire process of building the application, from the conception phase to the final validation of the software.

In addition to top professionals, Primus Território was also thought of in the manager, as it provides reports on all the work of the ACS/ACE. For example, through the route report, the manager can follow the area visited by the agents on the map.

Primus Territory is fully integrated with the Ministry of Health. All data entered in the application is sent and processed by SISAB.
