Helpline reports and compliance inquiries are possible anytime, anywhere, in real time and conveniently
It is also possible to check the progress and processing of reports and inquiries, and follow-up reports.

★ Characteristics of the Incheon Port Authority helpline [employees only]
- Operated by an independent third-party professional company (Red Whistle) to ensure confidentiality and anonymity.
- About 500,000 employees of 150 major financial institutions, large corporations, central administrative agencies, local governments, and public corporations in Korea use the Red Whistle Helpline.

★ What applies to this Helpline
1. Guarantee of anonymity
This system does not create or maintain internal access logs containing Internet Protocol (IP) addresses, so users cannot be traced and anonymity is guaranteed.
2. Security enhancement
Firewall, hardware web firewall, and intrusion detection system (IPS) are applied to this system, and 24-hour, 365-day security control is in operation.
3. Report storage and access rights
Reports and questionnaires are stored directly on Red Whistle's security server for safety, and only those authorized to process reports can access them.

★ Precautions
- After submitting the report or inquiry, make sure to write down the unique number (6 digits) given to you, and check the response and progress of the audit manager through the processing confirmation a few days later.
- Be careful not to expose yourself. When filling out the report, be careful not to reveal circumstances that could lead to guessing who you are.
