2023-11-15	sa*****	The schemes and app are very good.Only concern is regarding difficulty encountered during renewal due to a few reasons. 1 The reminder communications often are forgotten due to busy work schedule in govt sector. 2 when the same is attempted the branch no dues has to be collected for which further delay due to branch visit delay. 3 when this happens suspension of account occurs, and when I try to pay the renewal amount with penalty software shows no option .
