Good idea to digitize condo management. But less is more: Why do I need "parenting" and "budget meals" inside the same? Like this the app looks cluttered. I strongly recommend that you focus on the main part for Condo management and get this right by making this easier to use and really user friendly.

Softwwre not usable due to update forcing usage to be on hold. Uodaye shoild only be pushed when user is free to update. There is no need to force user to enable bluetooth to launch the app.
