ICD 10 Indonesia is a fast, lightweight offline dictionary for ICD-10 diagnosis codes and ICD-9-CM procedure codes, available in Indonesian and English. It is built for medical coders, medical records staff, doctors, nurses, midwives, clinic and hospital staff, and health students. The app includes about 10,000 ICD-10 diagnosis codes with Indonesian translations and original English terms, about 3,600 ICD-9-CM procedure codes, and COVID-19 codes such as U07.1, U07.2, and U09.9. You can browse by chapter or category.

Search supports codes such as J06.9 or j069, English and Indonesian terms, and everyday Indonesian words like "darah tinggi" (hypertension), "maag" (gastritis), and "kencing manis" (diabetes). Voice search is available, and you can select text in any app and open results with "Cari kode ICD". Daily-use features include favorites, history, one-tap copying of a code or "code – diagnosis", sharing via WhatsApp, related codes, and dark mode. Coding practice mode offers "Guess the code" and "Guess the diagnosis" quizzes with scores and streaks. The app is free, requires no login, and uses no unusual permissions, with an optional 24-hour ad-free period. It is a reference aid and is not affiliated with WHO, the Indonesian Ministry of Health, or BPJS Kesehatan.
