The app hasn't worked for a couple of days now. Bank updates and maintenance should only last an hour or 2. Not for days! How are people supposed to access their money???!!!!

I was able to sign up no problem. The app has been buggy from the start and some days just did not work, but I was still able to do most of what I needed to in my account. Now after the most recent update, I log in and it says I don't have an account at all. I'm very upset. I tried to call support but the call immediately hung up on me each time I tried to call. I really strongly advise against pibank, especially since the app is the only way to do banking with them.
