After more than 5 years this app stopped working with my android version, and my own have to say good bye to it..it had been one of the few, at the time, that allowed forcing the alarm to earphones only and otherwise performed functionally. without the force to earphones feAture , I no longer need this app , sorry to say goodbye.

Its good but once the alarm appear on screen It will keep on the display until it manualy dismissed leading to more battery consumption. This is very bad can u please improve on this?
