A) they don't prebook accessible vehicles, they do not do them late and they cannot accommodate a power chair B) they don't double check that your reservation is even possible and will not inform you. The app works like it should. There can be a long wait while it finds a driver for you. The Uber app is a bit faster at selecting a driver to be honest, but it looks like getting a driver to arrive at your pick-up spot takes about the sam amount of time. It just takes Radio Cab longer to select the driver and send them to you, but when they do... it's just a few minutes of waiting. All said the app works like it should.
