Prebooked Taxi didn't come at scheduled time, contacted the team several times was told they would get us a taxi ASAP, it never arrived so we cancelled and we were still charged £4. Do not use or rely on this company.

Had the worst experience with this scam of a company. Booked a ride and the money was deducted from my bank before the arrival of the driver, the driver arrived and requested for cash with the excuse that he doesn't do card (none of these was mentioned in the app), I gave him the cash after he confirmed that my money will be refunded. Later in the day, the company refunded part of my money, I want a full refund because I have already paid your driver. Let your customers know you accept only cash
