As a new member, I was unable to even register in the mobile app or through the website for the last 2 weeks. It always says System temporarily unavailable. Calling customer care doesn't help, they have no clue on when the issue be resolved. I'm unable to look up for in-network physicians to make an appointment. Astonishing that how can a user facing application be down for such a critical functionality for the last 2 weeks. Extremely poor and disappointing onboarding experience.
