This widget is great but how can I use 5 min option to reload the URL? Is it possible to add it?

This handy little app puts a National Weather Service radar snapshot of my region on my home screen (from forecast.weather.gov). The image is the most recent frame of an NWS animated gif that also marks in color code any weather alerts in my area. The app updates the image automatically every 15 minutes or on demand with two taps on the widget. Nice!

Nice app. But the image refresh after 15 minutes. A lower value 2 or 5 min will be great

This widget works perfectly-- I thought it was missing a way to manually refresh, but I saw in another review that double-tapping does that. Even better, the app is open-source. My use-case is a little complicated, but I can't complain about how this app is designed at all.

It does what it's supposed to do. No fuss. Cyclic refresh is perfect for weather images.

No longer works. Autorefresh always fails on my Nexus 7. Double tap works. "Better URL Image Widget" is better. 1 minute updates... other features. But not compatible with older devices.

This is a great idea, but there is one fatal flaw for me. I want to display a web image that is generated every 15 minutes. Pretty much exactly every 15 minutes. This program updates the widget every 15 minutes exactly (or some multiple of 15). So I often encounter a blank widget, as the widget is being created at the same time that it is trying to grab it. So it fails. I need finer control of the update time for it to work for me.

Works perfectly. Could be even better if you could make the image half transparent
