2026-07-25	Au*****	Ibotta is the best receipt app, by far! I love how they give me personalized offers on the things I already buy in addition to all of the standard offers that are given to everyone. I also love their events, which heavily reward me for redeeming more offers. Their customer support is also wonderful. The very few times an item doesn't automatically get noticed from my receipt, they allow me to scan it's barcode and then manually approve it for me very quickly. Using them is a win-win all around!

2026-07-25	Br*****	I love it. It is so easy to use. There has been a new update or something that is now preventing me from being able to select and add offers from a new purchase. I don't want to loose my points from my current purchase. please fix ASAP Ibotta.

2026-07-25	Sh*****	It took forever to get to $20 to cash out. And after cashing out Ibotta seems to not want to honor anything cash back worthy anymore. It's constantly telling me I have cash back and I have 24 hours to redeem. But then I do the redeeming process and it tells me no cash back was available, when the item was clearly there and marked. So, Ive pretty much given up. Food is too expensive and all the brands they're showing, the cash back is too little to even want to try. So I say use at your own risk.
