This app is very user friendly. Want to track your meals? It has you covered... Want to track weight-loss, photos, journal entires and so much more? It's got you covered. Your personalized meal and workout plans are also easy to find and use in this app. The workout portion keeps track of your weights used, times etc which is very helpful. Ida is an amazing coach and has literally poured her heart and soul into this app for her team members. Highly reccomend if you are new to fitness or not!
