FieldFlow — Farm Operations

FieldFlow is the digital field logbook for your farm. It replaces the paper
sheets and the phone calls asking who is where and what has been done.

FOR THE OPERATOR

• Today's tasks — the recommendations your manager assigned to you, ready to
accept and start. You can also start a one-off operation.
• Start by QR — identify yourself with your PIN, scan the tractor's QR code and
the implements', and the operation begins.
• GPS route — while the operation runs, the app records the tractor's route,
even with the screen locked. Pause and resume as needed; finish when you are
done and log the spray volume applied.
• Works on a weak signal — the route is stored on the phone and the finished
operation is uploaded as soon as there is a connection.

FOR THE MANAGER

• Start on behalf of an operator — pick the operator, tractor and implements
from lists, no QR needed.
• In progress — which tractors are working right now, each one's trail, and
closing an operation with its real end time.
• Approvals — approve or send back the operations your team submitted.
• Maintenance — what is overdue by hour meter or calendar, and logging the
service done.
• Tanks — the level of every fuel tank, and QR labels.
• Inventory — entering the month's physical counts.
• Alerts — tractors at work, overdue maintenance, and idle tractors on weekday
mornings.

WHO IT'S FOR

Farms, agricultural contractors and machine operator teams. Access is by
invitation: operators sign in with a PIN issued by their manager; managers
with their company email account. The full management dashboard lives on the
web.

BACKGROUND LOCATION (ANDROID)

FieldFlow collects location in the background only between the moment an
operator starts an operation and the moment they finish it, so route recording
continues with the screen locked. Outside active operations nothing is
collected. The permission is requested with an up-front explanation and can be
revoked at any time in the device settings.

PRIVACY

Data is hosted on Microsoft Azure, West Europe region. We do not sell personal
data and we do not use it for advertising.
