IBE Connect

IBE Connect is a commercial app for Solitaire Business Hubs that brings all amenities across SBH workspaces into a single, easy-to-use platform for owners and tenants. Users can discover and book meeting rooms and other shared amenities in properties where they own or lease space, as well as in other participating SBH locations, and invite attendees to use these amenities.
Owners (residing or non-residing) and tenants can use a unified credits wallet to pay for their bookings, track usage. The app lets members see their available credits and booking history so they can use SBH amenities more efficiently.
Beyond bookings, IBE Connect allows users to stay informed and supported through announcements and helpdesk features. Users can view important notices and updates published for their workspace, and can raise tickets for issues or service requests.
