The employee Feedback has solely been designed to document the employee opinion on Management, their functional department and services provided by the company in terms of Cafeteria, Training, Meal services, Recreational services etcThis primarily acts as a gauge and makes the employee feedback on the various areas measurable and thus to ascertain the present stand of the organisation through its existing policies and practices and also to understand the areas wherever the organisation has to rephrase/improve.
