My favorite hypnosis app! Unlike other apps I've tried, instead of a standard induction Victoria creates a different one for each session which keeps things from getting repetitive. Her voice is v soothing and the app is already making an impact. eg I was using one of the go getter type sessions, and her repeated use of the word NOW seeped into my mind -the next day as I was about to procrastinate on something her voice popped into my head saying NOW! And I was like ok ok fine I'll do it now!
