VolumeCTRL — Floating Volume

Control your media and call volume from anywhere on screen — no more digging through status bars or fumbling for hardware buttons mid-video.

VolumeCTRL adds a small floating button that sits on the edge of your
display. Tap it for the system slider. Drag it for a smooth radial dial
that adjusts media volume in real time. Long-press to move the button
wherever you want — it snaps to the nearest edge so it never gets in
your way.

• Draw over other apps — required for the floating button (the core feature)
• Foreground service — keeps the button alive in the background
• Receive boot completed — restores the button after a reboot
• Battery optimization exemption (optional) — prevents the OS from
killing the overlay service
• Vibrate — for optional haptic feedback when adjusting volume
