Hello people at hyperx I got a cloud 3 from Christmas and when I got it I plugged it in but i could hear myself and I wanted to turn it off so I was looking over the web and found this app that controls the way the mic works and it doesn't have the cloud 3 and it couldn't even connect to my phone's Bluetooth please fix this thing cuz I might go insane 🙏😭
