2024-12-24	Bo*****	App & charger offer great functionality, Octopus compatibility, very robust and easy to use. However the buit-in energy usage and analytics views are always inaccurate and don't agree with themselves. Needs that part to be fixed to log timed sessions properly on the right days with the right energy usage amounts. Until then those views are useless and stats have to be found from elsewhere like your own home energy platform.

2024-12-22	Gu*****	Works as it should, used for a Tesla. Have mine hardwired to the Internet. Used mainly for scheduled charging overnight and has worked flawlessly. Very good app, allows you to lock it so no one else can use it and shows how much you've spent. I have turned all the LED lighting off so doesn't attract attention. Does what it's supposed to do. 5.*

2024-11-07	Cr*****	Very nice new graphics since last update but alot of the time we can't turn the charger on or off as the on/off function disappears from the main screen ? This coupled with a Citroën app that won't talk to the car has made our electric car experience more than a little frustrating.

2024-09-24	Ti*****	Just installed and set up. So far, so smooth. Lack of biometric authentication as a login option is unforgivable in this day and age, you lose a star for that alone.

2024-09-20	Li*****	Great app, even acts as a proxy display for a smart meter by telling you the current usage of your house! Only downside is the LEDs - lots of fun options, but no schedule for it which means unless I want to annoy all my neighbours overnight it has to be off. Please add LED scheduling so it can party during the day but logo dark at night!

2024-07-18	Go*****	App is pretty good, quite straight forward. I did just have the charger go off line though. Breaker had tripped at the consumer unit for some reason, it would be pretty good if we could have an alert if the charger goes offline. Something to think about.

However, with increasing EV use and households possibly with more than one EV vehicle, I would like a field added for each charging session added to the Analitics section of the App to record, say, Reg number to identify which vehicle was being charged.

2024-04-12	Ll*****	Works well for me, I've never had any issues scheduling or charging and they quickly fixed the issue where you couldn't see your next scheduled charge if it took place on the next day. Now my main issue is that I can't lock the device when I have the charger in Schedule Charge mode. I have to switch to Plug and Charge mode, lock it, then switch back to Schedule Charge. As someone who doesn't plug their car in every night this is quite frustrating.

2023-11-29	Ma*****	Great app. Just one bit of feedback would be to have an option to make the locked status default and have to unlock to charge. I worry if I am out of the drive anyone could charge from it unless I've remembered to lock it on the app. It's not adding a layer of steps to the ease of charging, just moving one step of locking at the end of charge to unlocking before you can charge

2023-11-29	Gu*****	EDIT Hypervolt have followed up and to their credit you can now access schedules from the bottom middle tile, a big improvement so rating updated to 3 stars. Still room for improvement but getting better. "made key controls easier to find" Yes, if by easier you mean buried 3 deep in a menu or accidentally find by long pressing on a tiny area Hypervolt make a good looking charger, unfortunately that is where it stops. I would not recommend them and this app "update" reinforces that opinion
