only issue, some of the red dot things are hard to locate what is needing to be picked. I have one right now that is driving me crazy!!!

I've been playing religiously for a month and a half but all my progress, all my hardwork, all the money i spent on this game just miraculously gone. I got logged out of my account and server, i followed all the steps to fix it but NOTHING. I even followed up on their FB official account and there's a lot of people that has the same issue but it's SILENT on their part. Not even a single reply
